Keston’s Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Alexandria, VA and the surrounding Northern Virginia and DC Metro area. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Residential and commercial plumbing repair and installation
- Emergency plumbing (24/7)
- Drain cleaning
- Water heater installation and repair
- Sewer line services
- Leak detection
- Bathroom and kitchen remodel plumbing
Estimates and Pricing
- We provide free estimates for most plumbing work.
- We charge by the job, not by the hour.
- You will receive a clear quote before any work begins.
- Additional work beyond the original scope will be discussed and approved by you before we proceed.
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Warranty
- All work performed by Keston’s Plumbing is backed by a 30-day warranty covering labor and workmanship.
- Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment (such as water heaters, fixtures, and valves) are separate and governed by the manufacturer’s terms.
- Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or modification of our work by others.
- To make a warranty claim, contact us at (703) 655-5274 within 30 days of the completed service.
Financing
- We offer 90 days same-as-cash financing on qualifying work.
- Financing is subject to credit approval.
- Terms and conditions of financing will be provided at the time of the estimate.
Licensing and Insurance
Keston’s Plumbing is licensed by the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) and carries general liability insurance. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.
Scheduling and Cancellations
- We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled service window.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Emergency service calls are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
